How do I place an order for catering?

Simply fill out our enquiry form, call us, or send us an email. We’ll discuss your event details and customize a menu that suits your needs.

How much advance notice is required for booking?

We recommend booking at least 7–14 days in advance to ensure availability, but we can accommodate shorter timelines based on our schedule.

Can you create a custom menu for my event?

Absolutely! We specialize in tailoring menus to match your taste, theme, and dietary requirements.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes. We offer a wide range of Mediterranean and Indian dishes that can be customized for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests.

What areas do you serve?

We currently provide catering services across Bengaluru and nearby areas. Feel free to contact us to confirm service availability for your location.

What are the payment terms?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid closer to the event date. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other common payment methods.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a partial refund (terms apply). Cancellations closer to the event date may be subject to limited or no refunds.

Do you provide serving staff, tables, and setup?

Yes, we can arrange for professional servers, buffet setups, and event equipment upon request.

Is delivery available for smaller orders?

Yes, we offer drop-off catering services for smaller events, meetings, and private gatherings.
